'Tis the greatest season coming up!! October is FINALLY here. Time to dust off the cobwebs and put out your tombstones! Pelican to Mars, one of the coolest bars to be coming to Mid City this year is ready to have a good ole fashioned Halloween Festival!!! Join us along with art, music, food and fun this coming October 26th to share with us our progress and in some Halloween fun. Come in costume!
